Grenada has gone a perfect 7-0 against Canton recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Chargers will take on the Tigers at 5:00 p.m. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Grenada took a loss when they played away from home on Thursday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They never let Independence get on the board and left with a 4-0 victory. Considering Grenada's offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

They hit Independence with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Catelyn Neathery (2), Julez Moore, and Pinson Jackson.

Fans were treated to a battle of the Tigers on Monday. Canton walked away with a 2-0 win over Jim Hill.

The victory got Grenada back to even at 2-2-1. As for Canton, their win bumped their record up to 1-0.

Everything went Grenada's way against Canton in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as Grenada made off with a 12-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Chargers since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
