Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Mulberry). They were the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over the Lake Region Thunder on Tuesday. The score was close at the half, but the Panthers pulled away in the second half with two goals.

They hit Lake Region with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Jocelyn Diaz, Mia Garcia, and Naomi Pinkston.

Mulberry now has a winning record of 2-1-2. As for Lake Region, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.

Mulberry will head out to square off against Poinciana at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lake Region, they will be home for the holidays to greet Lake Gibson at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
