Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask King City). They simply couldn't be stopped on Monday as they easily beat the Northeast Nodaway Blue Jays 74-29. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 70-19 back in December of 2024.

King City is also on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a massive bump to their 8-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.6 points per game. As for Northeast Nodaway, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-14.

King City will venture away from home to face off against North Harrison at 7:30 p.m. on January 21st. As for Northeast Nodaway, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Mound City at 7:30 p.m. on January 24th.
