Volleyball Recap: PikeView Comes Up Short

PikeView was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Liberty Raiders. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Raiders this season, with their most recent loss being a 2-0 defeat two weeks ago.

PikeView may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored zero points in every single set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-0, 25-0, 25-0.

PikeView's loss dropped their record down to 3-14. As for Liberty, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 20-8-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. PikeView will square off against James Monroe at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Liberty, they will challenge Montcalm at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
