Sadie Fletcher wasn't going to let Layton walk away unscathed as she scored both of Weber's goals, bringing her season total up to 12 goals.
Davis is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Utah's top teams: Farmington, who was ranked 22nd in their home state at the time (Davis was ranked seventh). Davis came out on top against Farmington by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Darts.
Weber now has a losing record at 5-6. As for Davis, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season.
