 The Point Arena Pirates will head out on the road to  take on  the Credo Gryphon at 4:00  p.m.  on Friday. Both teams are coming into the  match red-hot, with Point Arena sitting on  ten straight  victories and Credo on three.
 Point Arena is hoping to deliver their fans another blowout  on Friday, just like they did against Laytonville (and have done all season long). Everything went Point Arena's way against Laytonville on Tuesday as Point Arena made off with  a  23-10 win.
  Alexa Ferreyra was  incredible,  scoring five  runs and  stealing four bases while  getting on base  in all five of her plate appearances. Another player making a difference was  Hattie Piper, who  scored four  runs and  stole four bases while going 2-for-4.
 Meanwhile, Credo scored the most  runs they've had all season to find success  on Wednesday. They put the hurt on Potter Valley with a sharp  26-16 victory. The result was nothing new for Credo, who have now won eight games by six  runs or more  so far this season.
  Jazzy Fuller made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound,   not allowing a single  earned run over 4.1 innings pitched. Fuller was even better at the plate,  scoring four  runs and  stealing two bases while  getting on base  in all six of her plate appearances. She has been hot recently, having posted two or more  stolen bases the last three times she's  played.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Zoe LaFleur, who  went 3-for-4 with two  stolen bases, four  RBI,  and two  runs.  Tianna Munson was another key contributor,  scoring four  runs while going 3-for-5.
 Point Arena pushed their record up to 10-1 with that  win, which was their fourth straight  on the road. As for Credo, they have  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won nine of their last ten contests,  which provided a massive bump to their 9-7 record  this season.
 Friday's   matchup will be a test for both team's pitchers. Point Arena hasn't had any issues making contact this season,  having earned a batting average of .444. However, it's not like Credo struggles in that department as   they've  averaged .377. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
