Basketball Recap: West Central Comes Up Short

West Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 22nd straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a blow against the North Butler Bearcats, falling 61-20.

West Central's loss dropped their record down to 0-14. As for North Butler, the victory got them back to even at 9-9.

Looking ahead, West Central won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against North Fayette at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. As for North Butler, they are taking a road trip to square off against St. Ansgar at 6:15 p.m. on Monday.
