Softball Recap: Warrenton Warriors vs. Montgomery County Wildcats
Warrenton was the 11-5 winner over Montgomery County when they last played one another back in September of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Warrenton Warriors lost 15-5 to the Montgomery County Wildcats on Monday. The Warriors just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.
Warrenton's defeat dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Montgomery County, their victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 11-6.
Warrenton is taking a road trip to face off against Orchard Farm at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Warrenton is facing Orchard Farm at the right time seeing as Orchard Farm is stuck on an eight-game losing streak. As for Montgomery County, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Wellsville-Middletown at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
