Fennimore and Kewaunee squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Fennimore had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Storm by a score of 5-3. The Golden Eagles' defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Fennimore's loss dropped their record down to 26-4. As for Kewaunee, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-5 record this season.

Fennimore does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Kewaunee, they will challenge St. Joseph on Thursday. The Lancers will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something the Storm surely won't give up without a fight.
