Volleyball Recap: Central Noble Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Central Noble can now relate to. They fell 3-1 to the Prairie Heights Panthers on Thursday. The Cougars were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Panthers earlier this season, when they won 3-2.

Central Noble has also been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-22 record this season. As for Prairie Heights, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-21.

Central Noble does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Prairie Heights, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Lakeland on the 18th.
