Volleyball Recap: Wallace Takes a Loss

Wallace was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to the South Platte Blue Knights. The Wildcats were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Blue Knights earlier this season, when they won 2-0.

Reagan Finley paced Wallace's offense, picking up 12 kills. Finley got some help from Kaley Sauser and her 19 assists. Allyson Kemp controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Wallace's loss dropped their record down to 7-21. As for South Platte, their win bumped their record up to 10-21.

Wallace does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for South Platte, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Dundy County-Stratton on the 27th.
