            Baseball Recap: Gunderson Grizzlies vs. Silver Creek Raiders        
        
		
        
        
            Silver Creek hit Gunderson with a four-run seventh inning  on Tuesday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Grizzlies took  an  11-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Raiders. The Grizzlies have struggled against the Raiders recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meeting.
 Gunderson saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Cash Duffy-Smith, who  went 2-for-3 with two  RBI and one  double.  Dominic Lake was another,  going 1-for-4 with three  stolen bases and one  run.
Gunderson's defeat dropped their record down to 11-10. As for Silver Creek, the  win was  the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 17-4.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Gunderson will host Mt. Pleasant  at 4:00  p.m.  on Thursday. The Grizzlies' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Cardinals have averaged an impressive 9.4  runs per game this season. As for Silver Creek, they will welcome Independence  at 4:00  p.m.  on Thursday. The Raiders are facing the 76ers at the right time seeing as the 76ers are stuck on  a  16-game losing streak.
