It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Christian Ministries Academy had no problem doing just that on Friday. They put the hurt on the Gospel Light Christian Lions with a sharp 57-37 win. The Conquerors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Nolan Bradshaw was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double with 28 points and 13 boards. That's the most rebounds he has posted since back in December of 2023. Gavin Hicks was another key player, dropping a double-double with 13 points and 11 boards.

Christian Ministries Academy has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 20-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.8 points over those games. As for Gospel Light Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 11-13.

Christian Ministries Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 60-57 victory against Fayetteville Christian on the 15th. Gospel Light Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
