Scott has gone 8-2 against Ulysses recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Scott Beavers will welcome the Ulysses Tigers at 6:00 p.m. Scott has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

Scott will bounce into Tuesday's matchup after beating Cimarron, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. Scott came out on top against Cimarron by a score of 59-50 on Tuesday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Beavers as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Ulysses was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 53-28 to Goodland. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 241st, while the Cowboys are ranked 62nd).

Ulysses' loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Scott, their victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 3-4.

Scott came out on top in a nail-biter against Ulysses in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, sneaking past 34-32. Will Scott repeat their success, or does Ulysses have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
