St. Francis won the last time they faced Marina and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Sharks put the hurt on the Mariners with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Sharks.

The victory didn't come easy: Marina scored at least 19 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-21, 25-19.

St. Francis' win bumped their record up to 16-6. As for Marina, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-9.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. St. Francis is set to square off against their familiar foe Seaside at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Marina will challenge rival Rancho San Juan at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
