Basketball Recap: Nicholas County Comes Up Short

Nicholas County suffered their biggest loss since January 27, 2024 on Thursday. They came up short against the Mason County Royals, falling 63-41. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the Bluejackets' biggest loss of the season was also their lowest-scoring.

Nicholas County has traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 14-9 record this season. As for Mason County, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 16-8.
