Basketball Recap: Trinity Takes a Loss

Trinity was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They took a blow against the Lubbock Christian Eagles, falling 59-18. The Chargers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 31-4.

Trinity's loss dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Lubbock Christian, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 17-8 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Trinity will host Lake Country Christian at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Lubbock Christian, they will be playing at home against Temple Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Lubbock Christian is facing Temple Christian at the right time seeing as Temple Christian is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
