It was a proper cat-fight when Evergreen took on Littleton on Tuesday. The Cougars walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Lions. That's more bragging rights for the Cougars, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Evergreen walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-13, 25-22, 18-25, 25-16.

Anabelle Wyatt paced Evergreen's offense, picking up 15 kills. Wyatt got some help from Sophie Mulso and her 21 assists. Sage Roeder controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

The victory made it two in a row for Evergreen and bumps their season record up to 3-4. As for Littleton, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-8 record this season.

Evergreen wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Standley Lake on the 8th. As for Littleton, they will head out on the road to take on Pomona at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
