Softball Game Preview: Crescent City Raiders vs. Pine Ridge Panthers

The Crescent City Raiders will face off against the Pine Ridge Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Crescent City is coming into the match on a six-game losing streak.

Crescent City lost 17-1 to Taylor on Thursday.

Crescent City saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Macy Stuckey, who went 1-for-2 with one double and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Monday just wasn't the day for Pine Ridge's offense. They came up short against DeLand on Monday, falling 15-0. Having soared to a lofty 18 runs in the game before, the Panthers' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Crescent City's defeat dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Pine Ridge, their loss dropped their record down to 2-13-1.

Everything went Crescent City's way against Pine Ridge in their previous matchup back in March, as Crescent City made off with a 13-4 win. Do the Raiders have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Panthers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
