Softball Recap: Saltillo Comes Up Short

Fans were treated to a battle of the Tigers on Tuesday. Saltillo lost 15-0 to South Panola. Saltillo has struggled against South Panola recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meeting.

Saltillo's defeat dropped their record down to 8-11-1. As for South Panola, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 18 of their last 19 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-2 record this season.

Saltillo does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for South Panola, they will be playing at home against Corinth at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
