Volleyball Recap: Charleston Comes Up Short

Charleston was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 15th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the East Prairie Eagles, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 two weeks ago.

The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-4, 25-10.

Charleston's loss dropped their record down to 0-12. As for East Prairie, they moved to 7-12-1 with that victory, which also ended their five-match losing streak.

Coincidentally, Charleston and East Prairie will both be playing Kelly the next time they take the court. The Bluejays will host the Hawks at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, while the Eagles will head out to face them at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
