Volleyball Recap: Elberta Comes Up Short

Elberta was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Orange Beach Makos. If the Warriors were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Makos when the teams met back in October of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Elberta's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Orange Beach, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-4.

Looking ahead, Elberta will take on Spanish Fort at 2:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Orange Beach, they will challenge Navarre at 2:30 p.m. on Friday.
