Softball Recap: Arundel Falls Short Against Ranked Northeast

Arundel faced Northeast in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Wildcats fell 8-5 to the Eagles. The Wildcats have struggled against the Eagles recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meeting.

Arundel's loss dropped their record down to 12-4. As for Northeast, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 19-1.

As of now, neither Arundel nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
