Romulus is 10-0 against Thurston since February of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Romulus Eagles will be playing in front of their home fans against the Thurston Eagles at 6:00 p.m.

Last Tuesday, Romulus lost to Crestwood on the road by a 52-38 margin. The loss was the Eagles' first of the season.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Thurston). They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat Melvindale 70-5. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Eagles.

Thurston's win bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Romulus, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Everything came up roses for Romulus against Thurston when the teams last played back in February, as the team secured an 80-16 victory. Will Romulus repeat their success, or does Thurston have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
