Football Recap: Mountain View Takes a Loss

Mountain View was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 40-28 to the Berryville Bobcats. The Yellowjackets were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bobcats apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Mountain View's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Mountain View will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Piggott at 7:00 p.m. on the 19th. As for Berryville, they will head out to square off against Greenland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
