Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask West Johnston). They never let the Western Harnett Eagles get on the board and left with an 8-0 win on Thursday. Jakob Torres was a massive factor in the win as he booted in three goals all by himself.

The victory was the third in a row for West Johnston, bringing their record up to 7-9-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 16 goals over those three contests. As for Western Harnett, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-8-1.
