Basketball Recap: Friday's Win Is Hallsville's 17th in Last 21 Outings

Hallsville won the last time they faced Nacogdoches and things went their way on Friday too. The Hallsville Bobcats blew past the Nacogdoches Dragons 60-40. Given the Bobcats' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 126th, while the Dragons are ranked 664th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Hallsville is also on a roll lately: they've won 17 of their last 21 games, which provided a nice bump to their 23-9 record this season. As for Nacogdoches, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-17.
