Volleyball Game Preview: Columbus Sharks vs. Walton Wildcats

The Columbus Sharks are taking a road trip to take on the Walton Wildcats at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Walton took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Columbus, who comes in off a win.

Last Thursday, Columbus earned a 2-0 victory over Roosevelt Educational. The game marked the Sharks' most dominant win of the season so far.

Meanwhile, Walton came up short against Kennedy on Thursday and fell 2-0.

Walton's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Columbus, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Columbus couldn't quite get it done against Walton in their previous meeting back in April of 2024 as they fell 2-0. Can the Sharks avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
