Volleyball Recap: Back of the Yards College Prep Comes Up Short

The Back of the Yards College Prep Bobcats came up short against the Hubbard Greyhounds on Tuesday and fell 2-0.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-11.

Hubbard had a senior duo take command as Debora Lopez had ten assists and six aces and Madeline Morales had 15 digs. Morales is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 15 or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Back of the Yards College Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Hubbard, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Back of the Yards College Prep is set to square off against their familiar foe Kennedy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Hubbard will challenge rival Juarez at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
