Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Northridge). They blew past the Central Falcons 22-7 on Tuesday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Jaguars as it spelled an end to their five-game losing streak.

Northridge's win was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 6-16. As for Central, they dropped their record down to 4-13 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Northridge beat the Falcons by a score of 19-3 later that day.
