Norwalk is a perfect 5-0 against Madison Comprehensive since April of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Truckers will look to defend their home field against the Rams at 5:00 p.m. Norwalk is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last three games.

While Norwalk's win against Clyde wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Truckers skirted past the Fliers 8-7.

Meanwhile, Madison Comprehensive never let their opponents score on Wednesday. They walked away with a 3-0 victory over Mansfield Senior. That's two games straight that the Rams have won by exactly three runs.

The result came thanks to Liam Stone's shutout, as he gave up just two hits and racked up seven Ks.

At the plate, Madison Comprehensive's win was truly a team effort as eight different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Ashton Taylor, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI.

Norwalk's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-3. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.6 runs over those games. As for Madison Comprehensive, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-15.

Norwalk was able to grind out a solid win over Madison Comprehensive in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, winning 14-10. Do the Truckers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Rams turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
