The top power forward in high school basketball is headed to Vanderbilt.

Simisola Shittu of Vermont Academy (Saxtons River, Vt.) pledged to the Commodores in a Players' Tribune commitment video released Wednesday morning.
247Sports has Shittu pegged as the No. 7 overall prospect in the Class of 2018. The 6-foot-8, 210-pound forward posted 20 points per game last summer for CIA Bounce on the EYBL circuit.

The Commodores are on a recruiting roll under head coach Bryce Drew. Vanderbilt landed another Top 10 prospect in point guard Darius Garland earlier this month.
