Basketball Recap: Durand Comes Up Short

After flying high against Byron last Friday, Durand came back down to earth. The Durand Railroaders fell 61-50 to the Chesaning Indians on Tuesday. The matchup marked the Railroaders' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Durand's defeat dropped their record down to 16-4. As for Chesaning, the victory (which was their 13th in a row) raised their record to 16-3.

Coming up, Durand will venture away from home to take on Mt. Morris at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Chesaning, they will welcome Bridgeport at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
