Sunset's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Cristo Rey Dallas College Prep, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.

Things could have been worse for Sunset, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 62-48 loss to Cristo Rey Dallas College Prep in their previous matchup back in December of 2024. Can the Bison avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
