Basketball Game Preview: Braden River Pirates vs. Palmetto Tigers + Official Tickets

Having just played yesterday, the Braden River Pirates will head out on the road to face off against the Palmetto Tigers at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Braden River has given up an average of 54.8 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Braden River is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They were the clear victors by an 84-62 margin over Bayshore on Thursday. The contest was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Pirates had established a 21-point advantage.

Meanwhile, Palmetto posted their closest win since January 16th on Thursday. They skirted past Southeast 53-50. The victory continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Seminoles: they've now won three in a row.

Palmetto's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Braden River, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Braden River couldn't quite get it done against Palmetto in their previous meeting back in January as they fell 54-46. Can the Pirates avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
