Volleyball Recap: Varnado Wildcats vs. Amite Warriors
Varnado had to start their season on the road on Tuesday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They lost 3-0 to the Amite Warriors. The Wildcats haven't had much luck with the Warriors recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-18, 25-16.
Amite now has a winning record of 2-1.
Varnado will challenge Lutheran at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Amite, they will stay at home for another game and welcome Franklinton at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
