Baseball Game Preview: Campbell County Cougars vs. Knoxville Central Bobcats

For the second straight game, Campbell County will face off against Knoxville Central. A feisty cat fight will be fought as Campbell County Cougars challenge Knoxville Central Bobcats at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Campbell County has given up an average of 10.1 runs per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Monday just wasn't the day for Campbell County's offense. They came up short against Knoxville Central on Monday, falling 13-0. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, the Cougars' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Campbell County saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Dylan Ford, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

The defeat snapped Campbell County's winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-5 record. As for Knoxville Central, their win bumped their record up to 6-4.
