Basketball Recap: Covington-Douglas Comes Up Short

Covington-Douglas was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a blow against the Garber Wolverines, falling 65-27. While losing is never fun, the Wildcats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 253rd, while the Wolverines are ranked 94th).

Covington-Douglas' loss dropped their record down to 11-11. As for Garber, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 18-5.

As of now, neither Covington-Douglas nor Garber have any future games scheduled.
