Football Game Preview: Pinecrest Prep vs. Palmer Trinity

On Thursday Pinecrest Prep will take on Palmer Trinity at 4:00 PM. Pinecrest Prep aren't expected to win, but seeing as the odds didn't stop them last game, maybe the squad has another upset up their sleeve.

After constant struggles on the road, Pinecrest Prep have finally found some success away from home. They were able to grind out a solid win over Miami Country Day last Thursday, winning 15-7. The victory was a breath of fresh air for Pinecrest Prep as it put an end to their six-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Palmer Trinity came into their this week averaging 35.43 points per game, but Palmer Trinity fell well short of that average, and it cost them. They fell just short of Westminster Christian by a score of 7-10. Palmer Trinity's low-scoring defeat was the unsatisfying follow-up to their high-scoring outing the game before.

Pinecrest Prep took a serious blow against Palmer Trinity the last time the two teams met, falling 0-48. Can Pinecrest Prep avenge their loss, or is history doomed to repeat itself ? We'll soon find out.
