Recap: St. Pius X Lancers vs. St. Louis HomeSchool P Patriots

Even though the St. Louis HomeSchool P Patriots scored an imposing 61 points on Tuesday, the St. Pius X Lancers still came out on top. St. Pius X took their game against St. Louis HomeSchool P 69-61. The win made it back-to-back wins for St. Pius X.

Despite the loss, St. Louis HomeSchool P still got an impressive performance from Tremayne Jackson, who scored 19 points along with six rebounds and five assists. Jackson hasn't dropped below two steals for four straight games. Another player making a difference was Isaac Keys, who scored 16 points along with five rebounds.

St. Pius X's victory bumped their record up to 8-10. As for St. Louis HomeSchool P, their loss ended a seven-game streak of away wins and brought them to 18-4.

St. Pius X will head out on the road to face off against Jefferson at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Jefferson will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something St. Pius X surely won't give up without a fight. St. Louis HomeSchool P is on the road again on Friday and plays Kansas City East Christian Academy at 11:30 a.m. on February 9th. One thing working in St. Louis HomeSchool P's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last eight contests.
