Volleyball Recap: Fort Wayne South Side Takes a Loss

Fort Wayne South Side lost against Norwell back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Archers came up short against the Knights, falling 3-0.

Fort Wayne South Side took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-10, 25-11.

Bria Reinhard was the offensive standout of the match as she had five digs and four aces. That's the most aces she has posted since back in August. Daisy Swineford also deserves some recognition as she had her first kills of the season.

Fort Wayne South Side's loss dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Norwell, they are on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 15 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-3 record this season.
