Volleyball Recap: East Buchanan Takes a Loss

East Buchanan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Springville Orioles. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Buccaneers have suffered since September 11th.

East Buchanan's loss dropped their record down to 2-17. As for Springville, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season.

East Buchanan didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Maquoketa Valley on the 2nd. As for Springville, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Edgewood-Colesburg on the 2nd.
