While Palm Harbor University's win against Dunedin wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Hurricanes slipped by the Falcons 20-19 on Thursday. The Hurricanes haven't had any issues with the Falcons recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Palm Harbor University to victory, but perhaps none more so than Bianca Menconi, who rushed for 99 yards on only 11 carries, and also threw for 133 yards on 17 of 24 attempts. The Hurricanes' leading receiver Katherine Carmen was Menconi's top target yet again, picking up 35 receiving yards and a pair of TDs.

Palm Harbor University didn't let much get past them through the air: they limited Dunedin to a completion percentage of just 50%. The Hurricanes weren't nearly as limited: they posted one of 70.8%.

Palm Harbor University didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. Vivian Morales was the real danger to the passing game, picking up two interceptions all by herself.

Several Falcons players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Erionna Henry, who threw for 148 yards and two touchdowns, and also punched in one score on the ground.

Palm Harbor University's record now sits at 7-3. As for Dunedin, the defeat snapped their winning streak at ten games and leaves them with a 11-3 record.

Palm Harbor University does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Dunedin, they will square off against River Ridge at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
