York and Dansville are an even 4-4 against one another since April of 2015, but likely not for long. The Golden Knights will welcome the Mustangs at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with four consecutive losses for York and 13 for Dansville.

York came into this matchup off a tough 12-run defeat on Tuesday. This time they kept things ultra-competitive, but unfortunately the final result was the same. They fell just short of Pavilion by a score of 3-1 on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Dansville lost 14-1 to Wayland-Cohocton on Wednesday.

Dansville saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Elliot Hanks, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI. Brooke Miller also deserves some recognition as she got her first hit of the season.

York's loss dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Dansville, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-13.

York took their victory against Dansville in their previous meeting back in April by a conclusive 16-7 score. Do the Golden Knights have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Mustangs turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
