Fans were treated to a battle of the Tigers on Saturday. Nevis claimed a resounding 84-49 victory over Pine River-Backus. Nevis has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 19 matches by 20 points or more this season.

Nevis pushed their record up to 26-4 with the win, which was their tenth straight at home. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 31.8 points. As for Pine River-Backus, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last 11 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-14 record this season.
