Volleyball Recap: Alaina Staudenmaier and Hanna Harvey Secure Win for Clinton

There's no place like home for Clinton, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They put the hurt on the Halls Red Devils with a sharp 3-0 win on Tuesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on September 4th.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Clinton took every set by at least ten points. The final score came out to 25-10, 25-15, 25-4.

Leading Clinton to victory were Hanna Harvey and Alaina Staudenmaier. Harvey had 17 digs and one assist, while Staudenmaier had eight digs and two aces. That's the most digs Harvey has posted over her last 11 matches.

Clinton pushed their record up to 24-12 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. As for Halls, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-18 record this season.
