Baseball Recap: Benjamin Davis Triumphs

Benjamin Davis lost to Fort Bend Kempner back in March of 2022, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. The Benjamin Davis Falcons came out on top against the Fort Bend Kempner Cougars by a score of 10-6. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Falcons.

Benjamin Davis let Rashon Enard and Jackson Taylor run wild. Enard went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI, while Taylor scored three runs and stole Three bases. while going 2-for-3. With that strong performance, Taylor is now averaging an impressive 1.1 stolen bases per game. The team also got some help courtesy of Jacob Alfaro, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one double.

They weren't the only ones working in the hit department: Benjamin Davis kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Fort Bend Kempner only managed six hits.
