Volleyball Game Preview: Xavier College Prep Gators vs. Pinnacle Pioneers + How To Watch

The Xavier College Prep Gators will square off against the Pinnacle Pioneers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Xavier College Prep won the last time they faced Desert Vista and Selah O'Connor did her part to make sure it happened again. The Gators put the hurt on the Thunder with a sharp 3-0 win on Thursday with plenty of help from O'Connor, who had 21 assists and eight digs. She is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 17 or more in each of the last four games she's played.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-21, 25-21.

Meanwhile, Pinnacle entered their tilt with Boulder Creek on Thursday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Jaguars 3-0.

Pinnacle's victory bumped their record up to 13-4. As for Xavier College Prep, their win bumped their record up to 22-1.

Everything went Xavier College Prep's way against Pinnacle in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as Xavier College Prep made off with a 3-0 victory. Will the Gators repeat their success, or do the Pioneers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
