Covenant Life came tearing into Tuesday's match with four straight wins dating back to last season, and they left with even more momentum. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the St. John's Catholic Prep Vikings. This was payback for the Cougars, who suffered a 2-0 loss the last time these two teams met.

Covenant Life's victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Covenant Life will venture away from home to challenge Gaithersburg at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for St. John's Catholic Prep, they will square off against Mount de Sales Academy at 5:15 p.m. on the 28th.
