The Habersham School extended their home winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Abbey Zellner. The Patriots skirted past the Effingham County Rebels 2-1 for which the team can thank Zellner, who had 23 assists and 12 digs. She has been hot for a while, having posted 12 or more assists the last 28 times she's played.

If you add up the scores from across all three sets (62-54) The Habersham School actually scored fewer points, but in the end it didn't matter. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 13-25, 16-14.

Despite the loss, Effingham County still got an impressive performance from Bella Giaquinto, who had nine digs and two assists.

The Habersham School's win bumped their record up to 19-5. As for Effingham County, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-10.
